So we have been on the look out for Mark to get a new job for quite some time. He loved working for the company he has been with for over two years but it was time for an upgrade. We are always looking outside of Utah but so grateful for the opportunities he has had here. Well, the partner company to the one he works for now has been hinting they wanted him for a while. And finally, Mark decided to look into it. When they realized he was interested, they put all other applicants on hold, interviewed him the same day and said "The job is yours if you want it." Sounds like an easy decision right? Wrong. We went back and forth, back and forth deciding if we wanted to stay here, etc... After some good thought and prayer, Mark felt really good about taking the job with Doba. They were so excited he said yes. Funny thing is, it is in the same building as his old job. Fortunately his old boss was super supportive and said "We will miss you. You can come back whenever you want. But we realize we can't pay you what they can and totally support and understand your decision." So, no move for us, same commute and that is that. :) I am so proud of Mark and how good he is at everything he does. He provides so well for our family and makes it possible for me to stay home with our gorgeous boys. I am coming to grips with being in Provo still but again, count my blessings for his employment.
