Seattle

We decided to spend Spring Break in Seattle with Mark's family.  Some craziness has been going on around here and we went back and forth but I am glad we decided to make the trip.  And Mark's parents were thrilled!  We were able to spend Conference weekend with them which also landed on Easter so the kids got to do their egg hunt in my in laws gorgeous backyard, Mark got to go to a Mariners game with his dad, we enjoyed the city sites and the Air and Space museum, some childhood hangouts of Mark, lots of drives and plenty of Nana and Grandpa time.  It was a good week to recharge after life threw us some curve balls.

Basement

Oh how glorious this post feels to make!  We finally finished our basement and I am in love.  I haven't decorated everything yet and am slowly moving things down but I will and I can't wait.  The main room will be a 100% playroom.  Just toys and a reading nook for kids.  Then we have a guest room, a gorgeous bathroom and a spacious laundry room.  Yay yay yay!
